		<description>Christian, the best way is to freeze bananas once they are peeled.  Whether you smash them or just cut up. Cut up bananas and then store in freezer.  When you need them, put them at room temp and then mash when soft.  Send us the recipe and we&#039;ll post it, if you&#039;d like.  Thanks....</description>
